I’m an Advanced EFT Practitioner and coach. I help you feel better, faster - not just emotionally, but in your body, relationships, and daily life - using gentle, proven mind-body tools. I also teach you practical emotional awareness and regulation skills, so you can support yourself long after our work together.

  • You move between emotionally dysregulated and emotionally shutdown: You’re either reacting to everything and everyone around you (like a human pinball!), life feels chaotic and uncontrollable; OR you feel emotionally numb, disconnected from yourself and from others, you feel isolated and alone OR

  • Your relationships with others are hard: communication is difficult (there’s a lot unsaid or misunderstood), you are highly reactive, your needs go unmet and relationships feel unstable.

  • more peaceful, authentic and fulfilling relationships – you are present, more tolerant and less reactive. You can confidently express your needs and navigate conflict.

  • inner stability and resilience – you don't feel as fragile because you're not so affected by everyone and everything around you, and when you are triggered, you know how to self-regulate. You are self-aware, more grounded and connected to yourself.

  • more energy – you don't feel so exhausted all the time because you no longer suppress your feelings and live in fight-flight mode. This frees up HUGE amounts of energy.

The doorway to all of this, is through connecting with your feelings, via your body.

How I work

I blend science and spirituality. I use evidence-based mind-body modalities with intuition and energy work.
I work with individuals and groups.

Depending on what you need (and what you have signed up for!), I may use one or all of the following tools and techniques:

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) - a powerful mind-body technique that calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and helps regulate emotions. This technique, backed by evidence, combines elements of acupuncture and psychology. I guide you to tap on specific acupoints on your upper body while focusing on an emotion, belief, problem, or event. Go here for more information on EFT.

  • Emotional intelligence – providing knowledge and tools to increase your emotional awareness so you can identify your feelings and use their information to direct your life.

  • Coaching – we’ll identify your goals and identify small actions you can take to get there - addressing limiting beliefs as we go.

  • Shadow and energy work – we identify and reconnect you with those disowned and lost parts of yourself.

As a certified clinical EFT Practitioner and coach, I have worked with many individuals on anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, emotional eating, poor self-esteem, body image, relationship issues, unhealthy habits and more. I have led more than 10 groups and workshops including in workplaces, schools and youth detention; teaching people how to regulate themselves.

An individual session teaching you how to use EFT (tap on yourself) to regulate your emotions and nervous system. Learn what it is, how it works and how to use this simple mind-body tool to improve your wellbeing.

Group Session

The Tapping Circle - Weekly group tapping

The Tapping Circle is your space to release the emotional load, so you can start the week feeling calmer and more present. But it's more than that - it’s a weekly reset for your whole system.

Using EFT, we break the stress cycle and retrain your body to respond differently to stress.

These online group sessions provide the structure and accountability most of us need for consistent emotional maintenance. Think of it as a gym membership for your insides - regular, affordable sessions that keep your internal world as fit as your body.


1 hour group sessions run weekly over 8 weeks - $30 per week or $190 per term.

Emotional Fitness Program (for women)

An 8 week online group coaching program for women who are ready to live differently. This program teaches women emotional awareness and regulation skills so they can find inner stability and live with more ease, energy and have better relationships.
