Unfortunately, we didn’t get this, so most of us are pretty clueless about our emotions, how to manage them and what they are telling us! We spend life like a human pinball, bouncing all over the place, reacting to ours emotions, the actions and emotions of others, and life events.
So I created 'Emotional Fitness' to help women build the foundational knowledge and skills so they can find more inner stability, ease and energy and develop better relationships. Think of it as Emotions 101.
You're overwhelmed by your emotions, scared to feel them.
You're emotionally exhausted by your own and others emotions.
Many of your relationships feel unstable, unfulfilling or full of tension and conflict.
You feel disconnected from yourself.
You feel unstable, take most things personally and react to everything around you.
You feel powerless. You feel like life happens to you and you have no control.
You can regulate your emotions and understand their messages.
You have more energy because you are no longer suppressing your emotions.
You understand your needs and how to express these in your relationships, making them more authentic.
You're less affected by others and life events.
You're empowered. You take charge of your internal world.
