It’s exhausting living like you’re not enough.

At some point, your body learned it wasn’t fully safe - or enough - to be you. So, you created ways to protect yourself.

Always striving - pushing to do more, be more. Replaying or rehearsing every word. Second-guessing every move.

Managing people's perception of you. Over-giving, adjusting yourself and treading so carefully in relationships.

These protective patterns are wired into your nervous system. Enough of Not Good Enough helps you change this at the body level ...

so you can start showing up, speaking up, and taking up space in every area of your life.

Chloe (previous participant) says: 'You will not only heal and accept yourself more but feel free to express parts that your inner child has always dreamt of.'

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR & HOW IT CAN HELP

You want to feel confident, speak up and back yourself - instead of trying to prove your worth and talking yourself out of opportunities.

You want to stop overworking, perfecting and feeling terrified to share your voice or your work.

Enough of Not Good Enough helps you separate your worth from your work and recognise your own value.

There's less need to overwork to prove yourself. You start sharing your opinions and ideas without needing permission. You go for opportunities.

COST OF INACTION:
You stay stuck below your potential. You’re overlooked and underpaid and working too much. You watch others move forward while you sit on the sidelines, resentful, frustrated and doubting yourself.

You want relationships that feel mutual and authentic - not exhausting where you’re constantly smoothing things over and adapting to keep the peace.

Enough of Not Good Enough helps reduce the fear of upsetting and disappointing others. There's less pressure to be the perfect parent, partner and friend.

You start speaking more directly and setting boundaries. Your habits of over-explaining, over-apologising or carrying other's emotions, lessen.

COST OF INACTION:
You feel alone. Resentment builds. Closeness fades. You disconnect from others because it hurts to keep over-giving.

You want steady, sustainable energy - not the wired exhaustion that comes from constantly pushing, anticipating and pressure to get everything right.

Enough of Not Good Enough helps bring safety to the nervous system. There's less need to keep striving to keep yourself safe.

You come out of fight-flight, which helps you feel safer to rest. There's less need to anticipate everything and fill every gap with busyness.

COST OF INACTION:
You’re chronically exhausted, emotionally thin, and running on stress instead of real energy. Life feels heavy, joyless, and like one long list of responsibilities you can’t escape.

You want to feel secure and start asking for what you're worth.

Enough of Not Good Enough helps you disconnect your worth from what you produce or how you perform.

Money conversations feel less threatening. You stop undercharging to avoid judgment. You stop overdelivering to prove your worth.

COST OF INACTION:
You work too much for too little. Money feels stressful. You miss opportunities to earn more so there's never quite enough. You feel stuck, undervalued, and quietly resentful of others success and that your effort doesn’t match your income.

You want to feel at ease in your own skin - not constantly comparing and fixing yourself.

Enough of Not Good Enough helps reduce shame and increase self-acceptance.

You feel less pressure to meet impossible standards. Your inner critic isn't so harsh, and you feel more comfortable being seen socially and intimately.

COST OF INACTION:
You feel uncomfortable in your own skin. You hide, shrink, or hold back socially and intimately which affects your relationships. Confidence drops. You're often get sick or run down. You live in conflict with the body that’s trying to carry you through life.

You want a quieter mind - not constant scanning, analysing, overthinking or bracing.

Enough of Not Good Enough helps you quieten the inner critic and learn it's safe to be you (imperfect, visible and different).

You feel steadier, less reactive and not on edge all the time. The need to always be on guard, lessens. Rest feels easier, safer.

COST OF INACTION:
You live with constant low-level anxiety. Your relationships suffer because you're not fully there or always snappy. Rest isn't restful because your body never truly feels safe to relax.

Once your body learns it’s safe and enough to be you, changes begin to naturally arise in all areas of your life. 'Enough of Not Good Enough' is the start of that journey.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

I'll draw upon my work with many women on this very issue, as an Advanced EFT Practitioner.

Through group and individual sessions, we'll focus on healing the emotional roots of beliefs and changing its body-based patterns.

I'll use techniques like EFT (tapping), visualisation, inner child work, parts work and shadow work to help you:

  • teach your nervous system it is now safe and enough to be you

  • identify and heal the experiences that formed beliefs (so they can be dismantled at the subconscious level)

  • uncover and reintegrate parts of yourself you’ve hidden or rejected

  • meet, understand and quieten your inner critic

  • release shame

Groups will be small, safe and supportive, full of like-minded women facing similar patterns, doubts and committed to this deep work.

Sharing is an important part of group sessions - it helps dissolve shame and teaches the nervous system it is safe to speak up.

WHAT OTHERS SAY

'I loved the journaling and writing time. I loved the people in the group how we are all different but so similar and could resonate with so easily. I don’t have one favourite thing because there were too many good things about the program. The details in each session were amazing. Showing up to this program was never hard. I loved twice weekly tapping.' (Chloe, previous participant)

'Lauren is an expert at asking the right questions, that lead you to the right decision for you ... little light bulb moments? You understand and subsequently break old ways of thinking from your past, and look forward to what your new way of thinking can offer' (Cathy, previous participant)

'You will be treated to this sort of safe and warm container where you find lots of like-minded people. This non-judgmental zone creates this feeling of solidarity, and you begin to realize that you're not alone in feeling certain thoughts and feelings - we all struggle with these things.'
(Kahli, previous group participant x2)

Lauren holds the most grounding, opening space and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome in the group setting.

Imagine what life could feel like if you weren't constantly trying to prove you were enough.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’ve never done EFT before. Will I be lost?

Not at all. I’ll guide you step-by-step through the process. Most women who join have never done EFT before - and often say they’re amazed at how natural and powerful it feels from the very first time.

What will the sessions be like?

At the beginning of each group sessions, I will set the scene and explain what we will do, how and why. I will then lead you into a visualisation or EFT sequence (or both) where you will have your own personal experience (you can turn your camera off if you prefer). After that there will be space for an individual reflection activity and sharing.

What if I get overwhelmed?

This is deep work, and big emotions can come up - but EFT helps you regulate your nervous system as you move through them. You’re always in control. If you need to turn off your camera, take a break, or revisit the recording later, you can.

Will I have to share personal things with the group?

You’ll never be forced to share. That said, the 'not good enough' belief and shame dissolves fastest when it’s brought into safe, shared space. It thrives in isolation part of the healing is through connection. Some willingness to share is needed to get the most from this program, but it will always be your choice what to share when.

What if I don’t have time?

If you’re stretched thin trying to do it all - it’s likely this pattern is part of why. The striving. The people-pleasing. The overworking. The overthinking and mental spirals. The shame.

This work helps end that cycle. Five weeks of concentrated effort to finally end this belief at its root. It's an intensive - we go hard and deep to make a significant change. If you dig in, by the end of the month, you'll feel the difference.

Our work will be broken into bite-sized bits - 2 hours for the group sessions (x4) and one hour for individual sessions (x3) so its not overwhelming. And there are recordings if you need flexibility.

The time you’ll get back makes an intense four weeks more than worth it.

I’ve done so many self-love and self-worth programs and workshops, how is this different?

Most approaches don’t go to the root, rarely work with the body and subconscious, and almost never address shame directly or use shadow work to reclaim what’s been disowned. If you’ve tried everything and it hasn’t stuck, this is likely the piece you’ve been missing.

What if I can’t make it live?

There is nothing like a live session but if you can't make it, you’ll get a recording of every session so you can do the work in your own time. Plus, you’re welcome to join future rounds live - at no additional cost.

What if I can’t afford it?

I hear you. But I invite you to consider what the “not enough” pattern is already costing you - emotionally, mentally, and financially. It shows up in missed opportunities, overworking, second-guessing, and relationships that never feel safe enough to be yourself.

This program is about ending that pattern at the root - so you stop leaking time, energy, and value into proving your worth.

(Payment plan available and Afterpay is available when paying the full amount upfront)

What if I'm not sure if it's right for me?

I want you to feel completely confident in joining. That’s why if, after your first session, you feel like it’s not the right fit for you, you can receive a full refund (minus a 10% admin fee). No pressure, no obligation - just a real opportunity to experience it for yourself.

If you decide not to continue, simply email me within 24 hours of our first session, and I’ll process your refund.

Is this going to be uncomfortable?

Sometimes, yes. This isn’t easy work - it’s about meeting yourself fully, including the parts you’ve hidden. But you won’t do it alone. I’ll be guiding you, and EFT keeps the process manageable and safe.

What if I’m scared to go into this work?

That’s completely valid. Honestly, if you’re not feeling some fear, I’d wonder if you truly understand the depth of this work.

This isn’t surface-level. It’s about meeting the parts of yourself you’ve spent years hiding or rejecting. That’s big.

But you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll guide you step by step, using EFT to help your body stay grounded - even when it feels uncomfortable. You can go at your own pace, take breaks, turn off your camera, or revisit the recordings later.

And if something feels too big to bring into the group, that’s exactly what our 1:1 sessions are for - so you can safely go to the places that feel too scary to explore alone. I’ll be right there with you to help you manage the fear and move through it.
