the policies

If you are working with me in any way, please make sure you are familiar with my key policies, terms and conditions below.

Booking policy

Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I would appreciate as much notice as possible so I can offer your space to someone else who needs it.

For individual and family sessions (online and in person):

  • Any session can be cancelled or rescheduled UP TO TWO days before the date of session, WITHOUT a penalty fee.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling LESS THAN TWO DAYS before the session date may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • Cancellations and rescheduling LESS THAN 12 HOURS before the session time and no shows may incur a fee of 100% of the session cost.

Please note the word 'may' above. Your circumstances, and whether your space could be filled, will be taken into account before issuing any penalty fees.

You are required to confirm your agreement to this policy and to promptly pay any fees incurred, at the time of booking.

All programs and workshops require payment at the time of booking. This includes a non-refundable portion. Spaces booked in programs and workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following conditions:

  • if you no longer wish to attend a program and provide notice of at least two (2) weeks prior to the start date, you will be refunded the amount paid, less the non-refundable portion.

  • if you no longer wish to attend a workshop, and provide notice of at least one (1) week prior to the start date, you will be refunded the amount paid, less the non-refundable portion.

  • you may request to have your place moved to a future intake of the same program or workshop. This will be accommodated if there is a future intake of the same offering with spaces available.

Participants are asked to agree to these terms and conditions when booking their place in any program or workshop.
