Each session is designed specifically to help you clear your week so you don’t carry stress into the next one. The tapping sequence is built around what you and the group contribute, making it completely tailored to what you’re actually experiencing. A one-size-fits-all video can’t offer that level of personal relevance and impact.
You'll join online each week and anonymously add your feelings, thoughts and situations you've been struggling with to the 'virtual pot'. Just keywords that are meaningful to you, that help you connect with the feelings. You share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
We acknowledge and release everything in the 'virtual pot' using EFT (tapping). Noone will know whose items are whose.
You will release what you've been carrying and walk away from the session lighter and ready for the next week. You will also benefit from tapping on others 'stuff' too.
